1. 下訂單前，確認商品是否為您所要購買的(規格、型號、顏色)，確認無誤後再下單。

2. 商品顏色會因個人所使用的螢幕對比亮度設定不同而有些許顏色誤差是正常的，所有以實品為主。

3. 收到商品後，如果有發現瑕疵/破損/配件缺件等狀況，請於收到貨後3天內與我們聯絡，逾期不于受理。

如有下列情況下，雖在有效保固期內，恕不免費保固，視維修狀況收費：

In the following cases, although within the effective warranty period, the warranty will not be free, and repairs will be charged accordingly:

1. 因個人不當使用（撞擊、受磁、接觸熱水、接觸溶劑等）、自行拆卸、改造或天災等造成的故障或損毀。

Malfunction or damage caused by improper personal use (shock, magnetism, exposure to hot water, exposure to solvents, etc.), self-disassembly, modification, or natural disasters.

2. 外觀材料、耗材(玻璃及錶帶等)不在保固範圍內。

Appearance materials and consumables (glass and watch straps, etc.) are not covered by the warranty.

3. 所有鐘錶防水，原理為防水不防水蒸氣，請避免於蒸氣、溫泉室或室內溫水泳池配戴，雨天建議配戴在雨衣外部避免內部水蒸氣造成損壞。

All watches are waterproof. The principle is that they are waterproof but not waterproof. Please avoid wearing them in steam, hot spring rooms or indoor heated swimming pools. In rainy days, it is recommended to wear them outside the raincoat to avoid damage caused by internal water vapor.

4. 新品不良，於收到商品後3日內先聯絡再送回本公司。

If the new product is defective, please contact the company within 3 days after receiving the product, and then send it back to the company.

Warranty and Refund

  • Please let us know immediately if you received damage products. Please note that we will not replace any products that damage during installation. You can email us at indaystoreonline@gmail.com and we will try to attend to your concerns immediately.
  • In any case that there will be order cancellation request (wrong order, double order) as long as the items are not yet ship. We will process the refund less 10% of the total order amount.
  • Incase the items was already shipped out.
    • Customer must ship back the item/s at customer's expense, once the  items is received. We will process the refund.
    • We will process refund less the 10% processing fees and shipping fee.
    • We will not refund any shipping cost incurred in the orders once ship out. 
  • We will not issue any refund due to customs delay.
  • Let us know if your order don't arrive after 30 days. We will coordinate with selected courier regarding the status of your orders. 
  • Abandoned parcels are not eligible for any refund or reshipment.
Please note that all sales of discounted or promotional items are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for these products, as they have been marked down or discounted for clearance. This policy ensures that we can offer our customers the best possible prices on our products. Thank you for understanding.

1. 本賣場依照消保法規，商品享到貨七天猶豫期(取貨日/郵件被簽收日起算七日,含例假日)。
買家務必把商品狀態保持【全新未使用】，鑑賞期非試用期，僅供您參考。

In accordance with consumer protection laws and regulations, this store enjoys a seven-day hesitation period for goods upon arrival (seven days from the date of pick-up/mail receipt, including public holidays). Buyers are requested to keep
the product status [new and unused], the appreciation period is not the trial period, it is for your reference only.

2. 原廠外盒及原廠包裝都屬於商品的一部分，若有遺失、毀損或缺件，可能影響您退貨的權益，也可能依照損毀程度扣除為回復原狀所必要的費用。

The original outer box and original packaging are part of the product. If there is any loss, damage or missing parts, it may affect your right to return the product, and the necessary expenses for restoring the original condition may be deducted according to the degree of damage.

4. 退換貨時商品狀態須為【全新未使用】需保持商品全新且完整(包含商品、吊牌、膠膜、附屬品、盒子、贈品等)。  

When returning or exchanging goods, the product status must be [new and unused] and the product must be kept brand new and complete (including products, tags, film, accessories, boxes, gifts, etc.).

5. 試戴時請勿撕下膠膜及穿錶帶的孔，因一但留下痕跡將無法退/換貨。確定不退換貨後再行使用，以保障您的權益。錶帶一經裁剪將無法退換貨請務必注意

6. 下列情況者恕不接受退換貨：商品因個人不當使用拆卸產生人為因素造成故障、損毀、磨損、擦傷、刮傷、髒污、遺失吊牌、
產品封條毀損、包裝破損不完整、致使無法再銷售者。出貨單、發票、附配件不齊。超過顧客收貨日起7天（以簽收日期為準）。

7. 收到商品後，如發現商品本身有瑕疵/破損/少件等狀況，請當天立即錄影.拍照商品及外包裝舉證並【聯絡我們】我們將盡速為您辦
理更換新品，如沒錄影拍照舉證恕不更換，只能提供維修服務。

After receiving the product, if you find that the product itself is defective/damaged/missing, please record it immediately on the same day.
Take a photo of the product and the outer packaging to prove it and 【Contact Us】We will replace you with a new product as soon as possible.
If there is no video and photo proof It will not be replaced, only repair service will be provided.
