1. 下訂單前,確認商品是否為您所要購買的(規格、型號、顏色),確認無誤後再下單。

3. 收到商品後,如果有發現瑕疵/破損/配件缺件等狀況,請於收到貨後3天內與我們聯絡,逾期不于受理。

如有下列情況下,雖在有效保固期內,恕不免費保固,視維修狀況收費:

1. 因個人不當使用(撞擊、受磁、接觸熱水、接觸溶劑等)、自行拆卸、改造或天災等造成的故障或損毀。
Malfunction or damage caused by improper personal use (shock, magnetism, exposure to hot water, exposure to solvents, etc.), self-disassembly, modification, or natural disasters.
2. 外觀材料、耗材(玻璃及錶帶等)不在保固範圍內。

3. 所有鐘錶防水,原理為防水不防水蒸氣,請避免於蒸氣、溫泉室或室內溫水泳池配戴,雨天建議配戴在雨衣外部避免內部水蒸氣造成損壞。

4. 新品不良,於收到商品後3日內先聯絡再送回本公司。

Warranty and Refund
- Please let us know immediately if you received damage products. Please note that we will not replace any products that damage during installation. You can email us at indaystoreonline@gmail.com and we will try to attend to your concerns immediately.
- In any case that there will be order cancellation request (wrong order, double order) as long as the items are not yet ship. We will process the refund less 10% of the total order amount.
- Incase the items was already shipped out.
- Customer must ship back the item/s at customer's expense, once the items is received. We will process the refund.
- We will process refund less the 10% processing fees and shipping fee.
- We will not refund any shipping cost incurred in the orders once ship out.
- We will not issue any refund due to customs delay.
- Let us know if your order don't arrive after 30 days. We will coordinate with selected courier regarding the status of your orders.
- Abandoned parcels are not eligible for any refund or reshipment.

4. 退換貨時商品狀態須為【全新未使用】需保持商品全新且完整(包含商品、吊牌、膠膜、附屬品、盒子、贈品等)。

5. 試戴時請勿撕下膠膜及穿錶帶的孔,因一但留下痕跡將無法退/換貨。確定不退換貨後再行使用,以保障您的權益。錶帶一經裁剪將無法退換貨請務必注意

理更換新品,如沒錄影拍照舉證恕不更換,只能提供維修服務。
